Baltic is located at the midpoint of the western boundary of Tuscarawas County. Surrounding the community are rich agricultural lands. Baltic and the adjacent communities are widely known as the swiss cheese center of Ohio. Principal products of this community are rubber products, face brick and livestock feeds.
